Tracking Your Order
- Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an email when your order has been processed.
- You will receive a second confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address entered is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes due to our strict shipping schedule.
- Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address entered by the buyer.
Returns
- Beautiful Strands does not offer any refunds or exchanges on any of our products or services. Please make sure you order the correct length and texture.
Orders Not Received
- Beautiful Strands is not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the purchaser and marked as delivered by the postal service.
- If an order is lost, please file a claim through the postal service.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, undeliverable addresses, or lost packages.
