There's a 15 minute grace period. After that, appointments are cancelled, no exceptions!

• Additional services such as washing are available upon request for scheduling purposes only (as not everyone may require it).

• Clients who fail to show up for appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

• Deposits are required to secure appointments and will be deducted from the total service cost. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable.
